Home Care Clinical RN Manager
Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur non-profit organization issearching for an experienced Registered Nurse for our Home Care ClinicalManager position.
Under the direction of the Clinical Director, the ClinicalManager is responsible for the interdisciplinary of the overall delivery ofpatient care services.
Directlysupervises registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists,physical therapy assistants, occupational therapists, occupational therapyassistants, speech language pathologists, social worker, and home health aidesthat provide direct patient care.
Theposition reviews patient care plans, quality outcomes, and productivity.
Overseesall aspects of the team and ensures the provision of high quality services topatients, families, and caregivers.

Graduate of accredited registerednurse program; BSN preferred or Graduate of accredited school of Physical orOccupational therapy.
Bachelor ofScience degree required.
Five (5) years clinical experiencewith in-depth clinical knowledge to include a minimum of two years' experiencein a Home Care setting.
Evidence of applied knowledge inall state and federal insurance standards, regulations and accreditationstandards.
Currently licensed as an RN, PT,or OT in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Strong active listening skills andverbal/written communication skills.
Strong critical thinking skills Ability to complete requiredassignments accurately, completely and in a timely manner Knowledge and working ability withMicrosoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Experience with electronic health record.
Must maintain professionaldemeanor and perform duties effectively in stressful situations.
Valid driver's license with anautomobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizationrequirements and is in good working order.
